If you couldn’t make it to the Jamaican Oldies Weekend in Chicago back in November like us it’s nice to know we have YouTube and cell phone cameras (unless you happen to live in LA where these things happen all the time like us). Geez what was the world like before that time?
The Moon Invaders from Belgium have been making a name for themselves as one of the top backing bands for Jamaican artists such as Doreen Shafer, Alton Ellis, The Pioneers and Rico Rodriguez. Founded in 2001 they’ve released 3 full length albums, a live album and a collection with Doreen titled Groovin’.
