Hey Miles Gehm you get this book? It was sent to me and it looks very nice. Lots of notations which I find absent in pretty much every other book I've seen. Plus it's full of photos unlike most every other book.

I had the same problem, anyone know of anyway to order a copy or have one put on hold? Boss Sounds can go for anywhere for $100-$300 dollars depending on how many people are bidding on ebay, I really hope that's not what's going to happen here…
